This application is for booth space and sponsorship for the 2011 JUST FOR HER Expo, June 3–4, 2011 at the Overland Park Convention Center. Applications are reviewed and assignments are made on a first come basis once your deposit has been made. Please complete this information as you wish for it to appear on any marketing material and website. Please note: You will not be considered for booth space or assigned a booth until the payment form has been received with your deposit.

Please download the Payment Form and fax/mail with selected payment option. Your application will be pending and booths will not be assigned until the Payment Form is received. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
Note: Applications submitted prior to 1/3/11 will require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee. 50% of your contracted amount will be due and charged on 1/3/11. Final payment is due no later than 4/3/11. Once payment has been received and your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation for your deposit and booth assignment.

Please note the booth number (3 choices must be selected) you prefer in order of preference and ensure they match your booth size preference. Booths noted with a star are premium (20% upgrade) placement.
Note: Booths costs ONLY include space, identification sign & wastebasket. Tables, chairs, additional signage, flooring, electrical, phone and internet lines are NOT included. Booths include white pipe and drape with standard 8' back walls and 3' side walls. You will receive an exhibitor package with booth design requirements and rentals 90 days prior to the show.
